  • Is this therapy?
    No, this is educational content based on therapeutic techniques. While Stephanie is a licensed therapist, this product is psychoeducation, not therapy. You'll learn the same concepts and frameworks she teaches her clients, adapted for self-guided use.
  • I've tried deep breathing and it doesn't work. Why would this be different?
    Most breathing techniques are too generic to interrupt a real spiral.
